REQUESTED#504 omni-git

Go port of omni-git — byte-equivalent, gated by the Python oracle (spec: docs/go-port-spec.md)

goal

Build a Go implementation byte-for-byte interoperable with the Python omni-git (same addresses, store, REST wire) per docs/go-port-spec.md. Phase 0: freeze wire contracts (canon() manifest bytes, per-kind schema, address+layout, REST). Prove via differential harness (go_write_route_equivalence pattern) + reuse selftest.py oracle over REST against a Go serve; UNPROVEN != pass (#489/#490 gate). Git kind SHELLED to git (not reimplemented). diskforge = swing factor: v1 defer to whole-image-only (byte-equivalent), or port (kernel-judged), or interop (Q2). Phase by seam (store core -> file/folder -> tar+recursion -> REST -> git -> image -> export-git/git-guard), each gated. 6 acceptance pins with RED negative controls. Resolve Q1-Q5 (esp. interop-required, diskforge, repo home). Sizes: tool ~8.3k LOC, diskforge ~6.2k, oracle ~18.6k (reused). Related #497/#498/#503 (features the port must match).
