Every ticket as the root of its provenance graph — goal, patch, approval, runs and (as the ticket-class build lands) mandate, manifestations, guarantees, journey, artifacts and children. Rendered through the <<<TicketGraphList>>> tag.
Post-cutover backup + DB-divergence investigation (INVESTIGATE, do not fix yet).
Context: canonical is now the Go engine; PHP retired.
Investigate:
1) Live DB is replicated to R2 via Litestream (10s sync, 168h) -- but ONLY the state sqlite is covered.
2) CHAIN GAP: the chain (anvil-state.json: ConductorLedger/Upstart/Provenance -- the crank blessings + on-chain governance) is backed up ONLY by the local com.conductor.db-backup regime (6h + iCloud). NOT off-machine to R2. Single-machine loss risks the chain.
3) DB divergence: three local congruency lineages -- droplet-live (authoritative, 487 tickets), config/congruency (frozen branch, 229 tickets, unique embeddings/mandates/clause_bindings), checkouts state (stale mirror, since refreshed).
4) Backup registry: congruency_live_state points at a stale mirror; congruency points at the frozen branch -- neither backs up the actual live DB locally (only R2 does).
Mandate: RESEARCH the correct backup topology (esp. getting the chain off-machine), reconcile the divergence, determine the authoritative lineage. Do NOT apply a fix under this ticket -- scope and recommend first.
